Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of insurance accounts while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage insurance accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness of policies and coverage
- Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to provide support in acquiring and retaining clients
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and timely service and acting as a reliable point of contact for all insurancerelated inquiries
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and analysis to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions to meet clients needs
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies and maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices and apply this knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance or related field
- Previous experience quoting new and renewal business is required
- Previous experience handling certs endorsements and assisting with billings & claims
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products coverages and industry standards
- Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailoriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $68k$72k (based on experience)
