Job Description
Are you a positive person with a passion for serving customers and a great smile to boot If so join our customer service team. Fields BMW is looking for an energetic & detailoriented individual for our Northfieldlocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner inperson & on the phone
- Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing scanning faxing and copying
- Maintain office supplies for specific location
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Hours: Tuesday Friday 9:006:00 and Saturday 8:004:00
Hourly: $18.00
