Title: Sr. Customer Quality Manager

Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Customer Quality Manager to champion quality and uphold strong customer satisfaction standards. This role is critical in promoting customer perception of product quality by ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal quality processes.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and supply chain partners to secure customer approval support audits resolve product quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. This position requires a strong background in semiconductor quality systems excellent communication and organizational skills and direct customer-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead coach and manage a team of quality engineers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all quality-related matters.

Collaborate with internal teams including Failure Analysis Test Engineering Product Engineering and Sales to achieve quality objectives.

Manage field failure investigations and drive root cause analysis using the 8D problem-solving process.

Define and implement both operational and systemic improvements in product quality.

Prepare and deliver product change notifications to customers.

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of quality concerns with supporting data and technical communication.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

10 years of experience in customer quality engineering related to integrated circuits.

Proven expertise in the 8D problem-solving methodology.

Demonstrated experience in a quality manager role with direct customer interaction.

In-depth knowledge of semiconductor products and manufacturing processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise technical reports based on data.

Willingness and ability to travel globally to customer sites as needed.

Proficiency in Mandarin for verbal and written technical communication is a plus.

Ability to communicate technical issues effectively both verbally and in writing.
