Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are looking to kickstart their careers in the customer service field. As an Entry Level Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers playing a vital role in ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and providing appropriate solutions or escalations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share insights.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
