Job Description
Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) has an opening for a traveling Risk Control Trainer covering multiple areas of Colorado. This hybrid workfromhome/office position will need to reside/relocate in the Greater Denver Metro Area of Colorado. Other residential areas of Colorado may be considered.
Under the direction of the Risk Control Manager the position is responsible for safety risk management environmental and health training for municipal governments that are CIRSA members. The position is responsible for training development and delivery to include webinars classroom and handson safety and health training. Attendance at CIRSAsponsored seminars conferences and safety & health fairs may be required and some general safety and health consultation may be involved.
Positionspecific administrative tasks will include but shall not be limited to both classroom and handson course development training gear & supply procurement training catalog development standard operating procedure development data entry & other software platform use.
The position will be expected to travel regularly throughout the year sometimes as much as 4 5 days per week with overnight stays expected. This position will primarily service all regions of Colorado and travel in all weather conditions will be required. A CIRSA vehicle will be assigned for travel.

Position Hiring Range:
The salary range for the position is $64400 $99900 annually depending on qualifications.
