Work Setup: Hybrid in Cebu City (Onsite during training period)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM Fixed weekends off
Role Requirements:
- At least a JHS/SHS graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience conducting communications-focused training ideally in a BPO setting.
- Also open to Process Trainers
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Exposure to American culture is a plus
- Preferably can start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Evaluating the current communication abilities of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training materials workshops lesson plans and resources tailored to specific communication needs.
- Training Delivery: Facilitating workshops classes and seminars to teach effective communication strategies including public speaking interpersonal skills professional development and interview preparation.
- Feedback and Coaching: Providing constructive criticism and coaching to trainees during sessions to help them improve their verbal written and listening skills as well as body language.
