Educational Qualification: At least completed 2nd year of college or higher
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of total experience including 6 months to 1 year as a Trainer
- Proven experience in managing Sales Campaigns
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce PowerPoint coaching & mentoring and Microsoft Office
- For new hire training: Delivering training individual and co-facilitated sessions reporting
- For existing staff: Floor support coaching conducting training needs analysis working with Quality and Operations teams and calibration sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and training requirements through surveys interviews and performance data.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop training materials like presentations handouts and online resources.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars using diverse instructional methods.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Measure training effectiveness via feedback and monitor performance improvements.
- One-on-One Coaching: Provide personalized coaching and support to individual employees.
