Ihre Aufgaben:

• ITSupport fr eine Vielzahl von Produkten und Plattformen.
• Durchfhrung vielfltiger ITSupportAktivitten in MultiPlattformUmgebungen.
• Analyse und Bewertung von Strungen und deren Behebung im Bereich Systembetrieb und Netzwerke.
• Entwicklung von Lsungen fr komplexe Probleme mit minimaler oder keiner Untersttzung durch Vorgesetzte.
• Organisation und Priorisierung der Arbeitslast innerhalb des Teams.
• Vertretung der Teamleitung bei Bedarf.

Qualifikationen:

• Bevorzugt abgeschlossenes Studium im ITnahen Bereich.
• Drei (3) Jahre einschlgige Berufserfahrung erforderlich.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Plattformen: UNIX Windows.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken: MSSQL Oracle PostgreSQL.
• Ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten Kundenorientierung Kommunikationsstrke und Teamfhigkeit.
• Fhigkeit neue Prozesse und Anwendungen schnell zu erlernen und dieses Wissen weiterzugeben.
• Fhigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Unternehmensebenen sowie mit Kunden.
• Proaktive Identifikation komplexer Probleme und Entwicklung geeigneter Lsungen und Empfehlungen.

We are looking for a passionate and talented Application Specialist / Technical Support (m/f/d) to complement our dedicated team.

Your tasks:

• Provides information technology support across a range of products and platforms.
• Provides a broad range of information technology support activities on multiplatform environments.
• Reviews analyses and evaluates break/fix resolutions regarding different systems operations and networking activity.
• Develops solutions to complex problems with little or no intervention from immediate manager or team leader.
• Organizes and sets priorities of workload within group.
• Substitutes for the manager as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Computerrelated field preferred Req
• Three (3) years of related experience Req
• Working knowledge on the following platforms: UNIX Windows
• Experience in working with relational databases: MSSQL Oracle PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical skills a customer service orientation strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and applications and to provide this knowledge to others.
• Ability to deal with employees at all levels within the company and customer location.
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
