Your new role
As the Assistant Company Secretary you will support the Company Secretary (Director Corporate Services) and provide solid support with your strong focus on legal governance compliance and organisational operations. This role will assist the Company Secretary in managing board and management processes coordinating compliance tasks and facilitating communication between the board and senior management.

About you
You are someone with exceptional attention to detail who is a proactive communicator and able to build strong relationships across the organisation and beyond.
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and bring strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
