Job Description

  • Keep track of stock registers GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) issue slips and other inventory documents.
  • Maintain precise records of stock levels and update them regularly.
  • Perform regular physical verification of stock and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that materials are stored in an organized and easily accessible manner.
  • Issue materials according to approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Update ERP/software systems for stock transactions and generate reports.
  • Ensure that all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements.
  • Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines in store operations.
  • Minimize material wastage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
  • Generate daily weekly and monthly stock reports for management review.
  • Knowledge and experience in facing ISO audits and preparing related documentation.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Report any shortages damages or obsolete materials to the relevant authorities.


Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate/Diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP software inventory management systems and MS Office.
  • Proficient in inventory management and stock control.
  • Experience in handling store operations in the relevant industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel Word etc.).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work under a heavy workload and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and compliance procedures in store management.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions related to inventory management.



Education: Any Graduate/Diploma in a related field. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP software, inventory management systems, and MS Office.
