Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings appointments and events.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment and place orders when necessary.
- Handle data entry filing and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and documentation as needed.

Requirements:
