Join our Publisher Services team as a Resolutions Officer!
Were looking for a detailoriented datadriven and customerfocused individual to join our Publisher Services team. This team is responsible for frontline service delivery to APRA and AMCOS publisher members including managing account queries resolving counterclaims disputes and ensuring accurate and timely royalty distributions.
The role is based in our Ultimo office which is on Gadigal land.
As aResolutions Officer your responsibilities will include:
Managing resolutions cases through both incoming queries and outgoing requests
Assessing work and agreement records to determine ownership and amend share ownership details
Reviewing reports and systems near royalty distribution dates and notifying publishers of high earning works in dispute
Processing adjustments to correct previous APRA payments to publishers
Participating in training and performing alternate tasks as required
To thrive in this role youll need:
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Welldeveloped research capabilities and a curious mindset
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
A high level of professional customer service
The ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
General knowledge of popular music and sufficient mathematical skills
A love of music and a general knowledge of popular music
An interest in data and systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Sufficient Sound mathematical and numeracy skills
Highly regarded but not essential experience:
Tertiary qualification
Music industry experience
Business administration experience in any industry.
