Job Description

The Recruiting Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team and ensuring the efficient operation of the hiring process. This position involves managing various administrative tasks running reports from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCIMS and assisting with entrylevel recruiting responsibilities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Run and analyze reports from iCIMS to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records within the ATS
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance within the iCIMS system
  • Support the recruitment team with various administrative duties including preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Work with Talent Leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Generate regular recruitment reports to track progress against hiring goals
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • This position may require occasional overtime and flexibility in hours to meet recruitment needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work professionally and effectivelywith leaders and multiple levels proven communicationand problemsolving skills to help maximize the benefit of our goals
  • Ability to successfullymanage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deliverables as well as routinely prioritize among multiplemajor initiatives and operational tasks
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to type/design and proofread generalcorrespondence

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience with an ATS preferably iCIMS is a plus
