Title: Head of Market Intelligence
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Market Intelligence to lead our customer research competitive intelligence and insights and analytics functions. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the companys gotomarket strategies customer understanding product development priorities and marketing effectiveness for our consumer and small business lines of business in the US and Brazil. The ideal candidate is both strategic and executionoriented capable of influencing crossfunctional leaders with datadriven insights.
Responsibilities
Customer Research & Insights
Design manage and synthesize primary and secondary research programs to capture customer needs behaviors and market trends.
Lead Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs and advocate for the customer across the organization.
Lead a structured approach to competitive intelligence monitoring market players emerging trends and disruptors and producing ongoing competitor profiles win/loss analyses and market landscape assessments.
Oversee marketing performance analytics attribution modeling and campaign measurement frameworks.
Partner with the strategy & operations product and marketing to translate insights into actionable strategies that guide product innovation customer experience and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in market research customer insights competitive intelligence or marketing analytics
Proven success building and leading insights and analytics teams in highly matrixed organizations.
Expertise across quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and tools.
Deep understanding of competitive intelligence frameworks and industry best practices.
Handson experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Microstrategy SQL Python/R a plus).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex findings into clear actionable strategies.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics Statistics or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $150000 to $220000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications skills experience and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All fulltime employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits described in more detail here.
