Job Description:
We are seeking a courteous and reliable Automotive Service Driver to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing a seamless and professional transportation experience for our guests by picking up their vehicles for service delivering loaner vehicles and ensuring timely and safe vehicle transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments.
Drop off and retrieve loaner vehicles to/from guest locations.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner.
Perform visual inspections of vehicles before and after transport noting any damage.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of loaner fleet and service drive area.
Follow all safety and traffic regulations during vehicle transport.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and cando mentality.
- Time and task management with the ability to prioritize multiple shuttles.
- Ability to use GPS technology to navigate unfamiliar locations.
- Excellent communication and friendly guest service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Preemployment background check and drug screen are required before being hired.
