Scott Kia of Limerick is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of professionals for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level a positive attitude strong organization communication and problemsolving skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and distribute the days schedule to prepare for incoming guests and manage efficient workflow through the shop; selling work needed to satisfy customer requests and maximize profitability.
Create a 5star experience while leading each customer through the service journey to inspire trust and loyalty. Maintain at minimum an 950 CSI score monthly.
Take ownership and expedite the wellorganized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments; at the same time attentively communicating to the customer and coordinating vehicles through the shop car wash and loaner department.
Assist the Service Manager with the tactful management of highexpectation customers. Take ownership for the resolutions of customer service concerns
