Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CDJR Automotive Service Advisor (prefer auto dealership experience as a service writer) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
- Accurately assess customer vehicle concerns and provide clear concise repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding repairs and vehicle status.
- Manage customer expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate service records.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. (Prefer at an auto dealership).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in automotive repair terminology and procedures.
- Experience with automotive repair software preferred.
