Job Description

Facilities Maintenance (PT) Timber Ridge (Prescott AZ)

Location: Timber Ridge Common Area Facilities (two pools clubhouse and 2 tennis courts)

Employment Type: PartTime 7 days a week

Job Description:

Timber Ridge is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance person to oversee the daily upkeep of the indoor and outdoor pools clubhouse and tennis courts. This parttime role requires approximately 3060 minutes of work per day 7 days a week ensuring that community amenities are wellmaintained organized and ready for resident use.

Responsibilities:

Prepare indoor and outdoor pools daily for use by 7 AM straighten furniture clean bathrooms add water to pools and general area to ensure a tidy environment. Outdoor pool (May September).

Maintain the clubhouse vacuum floors and stock water for meetings.

Assist residents with clubhouse reservations Work with HOAMCO to facilitate access to the clubhouse.

Meet with vendors provide facility access for scheduled maintenance or repairs.

Monitor and report maintenance issues communicate necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

Preference given to Timber Ridge residents.

Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and physical ability to perform light maintenance tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Reliable transportation and commitment to a 7day work schedule.

Compensation:$15.00/Hourly paid through HOAMCO.
