The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Assistant Superintendent to provide highlevel support in managing and monitoring the spending of federal entitlement grants curriculum programs and materials and English Language Education expenditures using the MUNIS financial system. This position will assist in the development organization and implementation of the Districts professional development plan as well as maintain accurate records of home education plans. The Administrative Assistant will also oversee services for homeless students coordinate the creation and posting of job openings for targeted or grantfunded programs and compile organize and archive documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal program requirements. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a familiarity with financial management systems are essential.
