Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1-hour unpaid break
  • 40 hours per week 8 hours per day
  • Client time zone: GMT/BST

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with general tasks including messaging clients and handling day-to-day administrative duties. No previous experience is required but strong English communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as email management and scheduling.
  • Respond to client messages and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.

Requirements
