We are seeking a Residential Operations Manager who fires on all cylinders to oversee an expansive property in the Bay Area. In this role you will wear many hats and have an eye for detail from overseeing daily operations to managing the property you will operate as eyes and ears of the estate to efficiently direct the home.
The Role: Residential Operations Manager
The City:Atherton CA (Onsite)
The Money: $150k $170k

The DaytoDay:
- Walk the property identifying maintenance and needed repairs.
- Serve as the direct representative of the property owners interests while managing contracts staff and annual budget consolidation.
- Assist with and lead ad hoc house projects and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure the house is presentable and ready for guests.
