Job Description

We are a leading BSS/OSS solution provider powering the next generation of mobile service providersfrom traditional MNOs and MVNOs to digitalfirst brands eSIM innovators and IoT enablers. Our cloudnative platforms enable rapid service launch digital customer experience and operational agility for telecom players worldwide.

As we accelerate our growth were looking for a Senior Sales Manager to expand our footprint within the telco ecosystem.

Your mission

As Senior Sales Manager youll be a driving force behind our commercial engine. Youll own the sales cycle endtoend from identifying and qualifying opportunities to building strong relationships and closing highimpact deals. Your role will be handson strategic and central to how we expand in the global telco space. Youll report to the VP of Sales and work closely with the broader commercial product and marketing teams to bring our platform into the hands of more futurefocused telecom players.

What youll do

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets in your assigned market.
  • Develop and execute a clear sales plan aligned with our strategy and ICP.
  • Build and manage a highquality sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Prospect into new logos using outbound tactics like email LinkedIn networking and events.
  • Lead sales cycles from first contact through to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that connect with real customer needs.
  • Be the voice of the customersharing insights back to the product and marketing teams.
  • Attend key industry events to build visibility and relationships
  • Stay sharp on trends tech shifts and competitor moves in the BSS/OSS and SaaS space.
  • Actively engage on LinkedIn to help develop the Telness Tech brand.

What we think success looks like

By the end of your first year youll have hit (or exceeded) your new business sales targetand helped secure deals that match our ideal customer profile. Your pipeline will be healthy active and always up to date. Youll own and drive key sales conversations and youll have raised the bar on deal size and sales velocity.

Youll have helped shape how we talk to customers qualify opportunities and bring focus to what works. Youll be a trusted partner to the commercial team and a goto for your insights on whats landing in the market. Youll have represented Telness Tech at global events built your presence on LinkedIn and helped create real commercial momentum in your region.

What you bring to the table

  • A bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 8 years in SaaS BSS/OSS or enterprise software sales
  • 5 years selling to telco or tech companies ideally in Europe and the US
  • Track record of closing complex highvalue deals
  • Strong understanding of cloudbased platforms and telecom value chains
  • Strategic mindset handson execution and a love of the full sales cycle
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (we use Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Curious structured resilient and adaptableyou know how to get things done
  • A strong commercial instinct and datadriven mindset
  • A collaborative team player who leads by example and cares about results
