Engineer MIS (BIM)Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and technically skilled MIS Engineer with a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support datadriven decisionmaking and streamline project workflows. The ideal candidate will manage project data develop insightful reports and facilitate the integration of BIM data with MIS tools to enhance operational efficiency.Job Description
Design develop and maintain MIS reports dashboards and analytics for internal teams and project stakeholders.
Integrate and manage BIM models and data (Revit Navisworks etc.) with MIS tools to track project progress asset information and resource planning.
Collaborate with design engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless flow of information between BIM platforms and MIS systems.
Analyze project data and prepare status reports KPIs and performance summaries to support strategic planning and execution.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy consistency and security.
Develop automation tools/scripts (using Excel VBA Power BI Python etc.) for reporting and data visualization.
Assist in implementing digital transformation initiatives related to BIM and MIS across the organization.
Provide training and support to internal teams on MIS and BIM tools.
Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit Navisworks BIM 360 etc.)
Strong knowledge of data management and reporting tools (Excel Power BI SQL etc.)
Experience with project management systems (e.g. Primavera MS Project) is a plus
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Architecture or a related field
Experience in a similar role ideally within the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) industry
Certification in BIM or MIS tools (preferred but not mandatory)
