Engineer - MIS (BIM)

Job Description

• Design develop and maintain MIS reports dashboards and analytics for internal teams and project stakeholders.

• Integrate and manage BIM models and data (Revit Navisworks etc.) with MIS tools to track project progress asset information and resource planning.

• Collaborate with design engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless flow of information between BIM platforms and MIS systems.

• Analyze project data and prepare status reports KPIs and performance summaries to support strategic planning and execution.

• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy consistency and security.

• Develop automation tools/scripts (using Excel VBA Power BI Python etc.) for reporting and data visualization.

• Assist in implementing digital transformation initiatives related to BIM and MIS across the organization.

• Provide training and support to internal teams on MIS and BIM tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit Navisworks BIM 360 etc.)

• Strong knowledge of data management and reporting tools (Excel Power BI SQL etc.)

• Experience with project management systems (e.g. Primavera MS Project) is a plus

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Architecture or a related field

• Experience in a similar role ideally within the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) industry

• Certification in BIM or MIS tools (preferred but not mandatory)
