Job Description
About the job: MIS - Retail (Cebu) Onsite
- Account Type: Retail
- Start Date: August 15
- Support Type: Voice support
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Cebu
- Shift Schedule / Rest Days: 24/7 operations with rotating shifts
Educational Requirements: Completed 2nd year college or a college graduate
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as an MIS Executive
- Preferred: Knowledge of tools such as MS Excel and Power BI
Responsibilities:
- System Management: Deploy maintain and enhance information systems including hardware software and network components.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather analyze and interpret data from various sources to create reports and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Strategy Development: Formulate strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems.
- Security Management: Protect information systems and data by implementing and auditing security measures.
