You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Remote Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer you will bridge the gap between product sales and engineering teams by enabling technical readiness and customer-facing success for product launches and commercial expansion. This role involves architecting and supporting solutions that align with business objectives optimizing GTM processes and ensuring the technical integrity of product rollouts across global markets.
The GTM Engineer plays a key role in pre-sales and post-launch activities working closely with Product Managers Marketing RevOps and Customer Success to translate technical capabilities into market-facing assets and operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical GTM strategies for new product features or services
Serve as the technical point of contact during GTM execution helping translate product specs into operational processes
Build and manage tools integrations and automations that support sales onboarding and customer success
Design dashboards and reporting tools to measure GTM success metrics (activation rates revenue lift etc.)
Implement systems and processes that support trial management product demos and technical enablement
Support technical content creation (e.g. whitepapers deployment guides FAQs)
Troubleshoot issues related to product integration and deployment as raised by GTM teams
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
2 years of experience in technical engineering sales engineering or GTM enablement roles
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude Mixpanel) and scripting (Python JavaScript)
Familiarity with APIs system integrations and product lifecycle management
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
