Sales Operations Administrator Salary circa 25000 (based on skills experience and qualifications)

A bit about the job:
This role is based in the Health Quotes Agency and Commissions team with the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of Health Sales Operations. It involves running a variety of queries from internal and external customers communicating with stakeholders across different business areas and responding to broker inquiries. The position requires strong customer service skills ownership of tasks and the ability to challenge and improve current processes. We deal with demand which could include anything from setting up new agency codes to sending out a customer quotation. Your role is vital to ensure our customers whether they be individual or a small company will have a positive experience!
Skills and experience were looking for:
- A true passion for doing the right thing for our customers whether internal or external
- An agile approach to problem solving in a fastpaced service environment
- A strong desire to learn all the different systems used within the area would be important
- Excellent Customer service skills both verbal and written

- Starting salary circa 25000 (depending on skills experience and qualifications)
