Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Bid Support Administrator accountable of UAN (Unique Approval Number vendor special prices) creation in our system based on the documentation received from the vendors.
Why the position exist: In order to make this special conditions visible to our sales force and our customers.
The person person will play a key role to meet daily department SLAs and provide quality enough to avoid TD profit lost.
Responsibilities:
UAN creation in our system (65%)
Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%)
Basic data base maintanance (5%)
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Experience with SAP Excel and Outlook
Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Good communication and team work skills
Good English level ideally
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
