At Seco were looking for a Chief Solution Architect a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprisewide strategic initiatives. About the job
In this role youre responsible for analyzing business needs by collaborating with business leaders project managers and IT teams to understand current and future capabilities. You translate business needs and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and highlevel solution designs that are scalable secure compliant and reliable. Leading the evaluation design and analysis for implementing solution architecture across specific business applications or technologies is part of your daily tasks. You provide guidance and leadership to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Your role includes:
Creating and maintaining architectural blueprints integration plans technology roadmaps and implementation plans.
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensuring solutions meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.
Staying updated on emerging technology trends and disruptions to continuously improve architecture and solutions.
The location for this position is Fagersta or Stockholm and we a hybrid work solution.
Your profile
Were looking for someone with experience in architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and core architecture domains such as integration network data and security. Foundational coding skills (e.g. Java Python C#) are beneficial to evaluate technical feasibility and communicate effectively with development teams. You excel in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using visualization skills with standard modeling notations (e.g. Archimate). Project management including planning execution and delivery within defined timelines and budgets is part of your skill set along with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and delivery efficiency.
Your strong problemsolving abilities and effective interpersonal skills enable you to work creatively and analytically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. You thrive in a decentralized crossfunctional team environment demonstrating selfleadership and proactiveness. Your readiness to anticipate and initiate change take control over situations and solve problems before they arise makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
