Position Summary
We re looking for a handson creative and datadriven Marketing Generalist to own the
content and lead generation efforts across multiple digital channels. This fulltime role requires a unique mix of strategy execution and curiosity especially around how AI can be leveraged to enhance digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage multichannel content calendar across blog email LinkedIn Meta
(Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube
Launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn to drive
qualified leads and brand awareness
Create AIenhanced shortform video content using tools such as Pictory Descript or
Synthesia for use in organic and paid campaigns
Build and maintain CRM workflows lead scoring systems and pipeline automations in
HubSpot
Collaborate with the founder and product team to align messaging storytelling and
campaign content with current features and user needs
Manage appointmentsetting and followup workflows to convert marketingqualified
leads (MQLs) into booked sales calls
Research and analyze competitor content strategies customer personas and content
performance metrics
Monitor social channels and engage with our audience by replying to comments and
DMs
Develop branded templates asset libraries and creative guidelines to ensure
consistency and fast campaign delivery
Track and report on campaign KPIs weekly using dashboards or spreadsheets (Google
Sheets HubSpot or similar)
Regularly evaluate and test new AI tools or automation techniques that improve
productivity or campaign outcomes
Requirements
2 4 years of handson experience in SaaS digital marketing or growth roles
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for workflows segmentation and campaign tracking
Experience creating video content ideally with AIassisted platforms like Descript
Pictory or Synthesia
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Demonstrated success running paid and organic campaigns that generate leads and
appointments
Strong copywriting content creation and social media skills (LinkedIn and Meta focus)
Familiarity with lead gen tools like Calendly Loom or email sequencing tools
Highly organized able to juggle multiple projects and work independently in a remote
setting
Bonus: Previous experience as an appointment setter or SDR is a strong plus
