Lead and manage account management teams across Metro Manila and Luzon to ensure the achievement of sales and performance targets
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key partners across all covered territories
Monitor and drive commercial performance including revenue growth promotion strategy and campaign funding
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Operations Marketing Finance) to address partner needs and resolve issues
Coach mentor and develop Account Managers and team leads to strengthen regional capabilities
Represent Luzon in strategic planning discussions by providing insights and performance updates to senior leadership
Qualifications :
58 years in sales account management or commercial roles with at least 23 years leading regional or largescale teams.
Experience in dynamic industries such as FMCG or ecommerce is highly preferred.
Proven ability to drive revenue manage targets and oversee key partner relationships.
Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
Effective in crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management.
