Primary Responsibilities
- Providehandsonfirst linetradefloorsupporttotheIndiaEquityTradingTeambasedinMumbai
- Provide first line backup support toAPAC equity trading desks across Hong Kong JapanSingaporeandAustralia.
- MonitorandresolveordermanagementsystemandFIXconnectivityissuesrelatedtoclients vendorsandinternalusers.
- Liaisewithsystemvendorsonissuesescalationsbugfixandupgrades
- WorkcloselywithglobalclientconnectivityteamsonFIXclientonboarding
Education and Experience Required
- Atleast15yearsexperienceatfinancial brokingfirmsorinarelatedfield
- Atleast10 yearsexperienceintradingfloorandOMSapplicationsupport
- Atleast5yearsexperienceinFIXprotocol
- HaveaclearunderstandingofEquitiesorderlifecycleandtradingsystemworkflowincludingCashPTALGOandDMAbusinesses
- Fidessatradingsystemexperienceisstronglypreferred
- Indiaand APACmarketknowledgeisstronglypreferred
- KnowledgeonULLinkproductsisanicetohave
Goodcommunicationskillisamust
Demonstratedabilitytoworkunderpressureandmaintainproperjudgmentincriticaltimeson thetradingfloor
