Job Description
- Inputs to Procurement Strategy and advises Client/MDP Management on procurement.
- Interfaces with key Client representatives on matters related to design procurement execution etc.
- Provides Project information and tracks on the Project Platform provided by the Client.
- Assists all efforts on Design development and management.
- Leads and manages key meetings pertaining to Design Procurement Progress.
- Manages the Plan View Platform for Project reports.
- Coordinates with key stakeholders during all stages of the Project
- Manages EHS and Compliances
- Oversees Construction Management Partner
- Manages stakeholders within MDP Teams
- Leads and manages key meetings pertaining to Design Procurement Progress etc.
- Manages the Plan View Platform for Project MIS
- Coordinates with key stakeholders during all stages of the Project
- Manages EHS and Compliances
- Overlooks Construction Management Partner
- Manages stakeholders within the team
Qualifications :
- Degree in B.E/ BTech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years experience working in a similar role for an international Banking client is a must.
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
- Proficient in full Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook (emails and calendar) Word Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to multitask and prioritize workload is essential
