Job Description
Desiderable Skills/Attitude
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager within the oil & gas energy sector of a multinational company
- Passionate for Project Management
- Previous work experience with EPCI projects
- Masters Degree in Engineering or similar related Degrees
- Fluency in English and German (as a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills team working abilities and excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Experience gained at working sites
- Specific knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations will be considered as a plus
- Proven track record of delivery and a track record of achieving results through people in a matrix delivery team
- Effective leadership and communications skills projecting competence and credibility
- Structured and methodical detailed conscious planner
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms
- Preferably a member of the Association for Project Management Prince 2 Practitioner PMI equivalent or PPM accredited
- Availability to travel frequently
