A prominent retail showroom in Kolkata is hiring Retail/Counter Sales Executives to enhance customer experience and drive instore sales. Female candidates with polished communication and sales skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walkin customers understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations.
Drive instore sales through effective product presentations and relationshipbuilding.
Maintain stock levels and ensure the counter remains neat and organized.
Support promotional events and help execute sales campaigns.
Requirements:
Prior retail sales experience preferably in jewellery luxury or lifestyle products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Energetic customerfocused and salesdriven.
