Position Overview:
As a Senior Accounts Executive you will play a critical role in managing GST compliance TDS returns personal accounting for key stakeholders and statutory obligations including PF ESIC and PT. This role requires a proactive professional with 5 7 years of experience sound accounting knowledge and the ability to navigate complex tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
GST Compliance (Company Level): Prepare and file GSTR1 GSTR3B ITC04 GSTR9 and other GST returns. Handle GST working challan payments DRC03 filing and reconciliation of accounting entries. Maintain detailed records for GST audits and inquiries. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure crossfunctional GST compliance. Liaise with vendors/customers for GSTIN management and input tax credit disputes. Generate daily einvoices and manage documentation for casual tax registrations.
GST Compliance (Personal/Directors): Oversee monthly GST filing for directors and family including GSTR1 and GSTR3B. Maintain accurate personal financial documentation and timely remittance of dues.
TDS Management: Ensure timely deduction deposit and filing of TDS as per the Income Tax Act. Handle vendor coordination issuance of Form 16A and accurate return filing. Conduct regular reconciliations of TDS records and address discrepancies.
Personal Accounting: Manage complete personal accounting for directors using Tally ERP9. Track expenses maintain payment records and prepare monthly reports. Monitor and record loan EMIs personal payments and tax return filing.
