Job Overview
Pallavi International School Bachupally is seeking a dedicated Junior Telugu Grade 1 teacher for a FullTime position in Hyderabad. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience. This role requires expertise in Telugu language instruction and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in the Telugu language including strong command over grammar vocabulary and pronunciation.
- Effective lesson planning ability to create engaging and comprehensive lesson outlines for diverse learning needs.
- Classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment and handle various student dynamics.
- Experience in student assessment including conducting evaluations to measure student understanding and progress.
- Familiarity with curriculum implementation to align teaching strategies with school guidelines and educational standards.
- Capability in activitybased learning to incorporate interactive methods that enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Excellent communication skills to convey concepts clearly and facilitate better studentteacher interaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging Telugu lessons for Grade 1 students according to the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain an orderly and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Implement activitybased learning techniques to enhance student interaction and comprehension.
- Coordinate with other educators to ensure comprehensive subject coverage and school event participation.
- Prepare and distribute educational materials including handouts assignments and supplementary resources.
- Organize extracurricular activities related to Telugu culture to enrich student learning experiences.
- Attend staff meetings contribute to teamwork initiatives and engage in professional development activities.
