As a Maintenance Mechanic 1youwill:
Take on semi-skilled tasks involving the upkeep and improvement of building interiors and exteriors.
Use your knowledge and experience to perform general maintenance and repairs across a variety of systems and structures.
Collaborate with other skilled trades and craftspeople to support new construction and remodeling projects.

Additional Information:
This is a full/part time (100% FTE) permanent position.
This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary: $4653 to $5398 Range 45G (Step G-M) Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidates current experience education skills and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
High school graduation or equivalent and two years of general work experience in building and equipment maintenance construction or repair work; OR equivalent education/experience.
Possession of or ability to obtain by time of hire a valid drivers license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Plumbing Electrical Refrigeration Carpentry Painting or HVAC/Control repair fields of work.
