Fam is Indias first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new financially aware generation and drive 250 million youngest users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

About this role

As part of our People team youll deliver seamless peoplefirst HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle.

On the Job

    • EndtoEnd Employee Experience: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
    • Employee Wellbeing and Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to promote employee wellbeing worklife balance and mental health support.
    • Grievance Addressal: Be the point of contact for employees to address their concerns and grievances providing timely and fair resolutions.
    • Asset IT Travel and Admin Management: Coordinate and manage office assets IT infrastructure and travel arrangements for employees. Assist in general administrative tasks to ensure a wellorganized work environment.
    • Payroll and Expense Management: Collaborate with the finance team to handle payroll processing and expense management for employees.
    • ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plans) Management & Audits: Administer ESOPs endtoend ensuring accurate recordkeeping and communication with eligible employees. Assist in HRrelated audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • HR Analytics & Process Improvement: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends make datadriven decisions and enhance HR strategies. Continuously assess and enhance HR processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
    • Performance Management: Support performance review cycles feedback mechanisms and goalsetting processes across teams.
    • Policy Design and Compliance: Draft update and implement HR policies in line with business goals and legal requirements. Coordinate with labor consultants to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners and vendors for insurance benefits travel and HR tools or platforms.

Musthaves (Min. qualifications)

    • Proven 35 years of experience in HRBP or a similar HR function preferably within earlystage startups
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices employment laws and regulations in India
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
    • Empathetic approachable and committed to creating a positive work environment
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment
    • Familiarity with HR tools software and HRIS systems is a plus
