Job Description
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Ambawadi Ahmedabad
Salary: 25000 – 35000 per month
Experience Required: 4 years preferred
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Ambawadi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing the full spectrum of accounting functions including import documentation statutory compliance sales and purchase entries and all daytoday financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle full accounts independently including finalization of books.

Prepare and file Sales Invoices EInvoices and EWay Bills as per GST norms.

Manage Import Documentation and coordinate with CHA shipping agents and banks for smooth import transactions.

Maintain records of purchases expenses and payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee reconciliation of bank accounts supplier/vendor ledgers and other financial records.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns TDS returns and other statutory compliance.

Liaise with auditors consultants and government authorities as needed.

Prepare regular financial reports and MIS for management.

Monitor and control overhead expenses and cash flow.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing/trading/importexport environment.

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP GST EInvoicing EWay Bill Import processes and MS Excel.

Ability to take ownership of the entire accounting function independently.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.
