Position Summary
The HR Executive will support the full spectrum of HR functions by managing endtoend recruitment fostering employee engagement initiatives and administering attendance and timesheet processes. This role is also responsible for efficient resource management and the preparation of insightful HR dashboards to drive decisionmaking and process improvements. The ideal candidate is an energetic selfstarter with strong analytical skills a passion for people and the capability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from job posting candidate sourcing screening and interviewing to finalizing offers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan implement and monitor employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
- Organize teambuilding activities feedback sessions and wellness initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Attendance & Timesheet Management:
- Oversee attendance tracking and ensure timely submission of timesheets.
- Resource Management:
- Assist in resource planning activities including tracking workforce allocations and managing HR databases.
- Provide support in coordinating shifts and managing HR information systems (HRIS) to optimize resource utilization.
- Dashboard Preparation & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards that summarize key metrics such as recruitment progress employee turnover attendance trends and resource allocation.
- Present regular reports and actionable insights to HR leadership to support strategic decisionmaking.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Minimum qualification: MBA in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
- Experience:
- 13 years of relevant HR experience. Recent graduates with an MBA in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation).
- Comfortable using HR software and HRIS tools to streamline processes and manage employee data.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to engage with employees across all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications :

- Exposure to HR analytics and dashboard tools or data visualization software.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance procedures.
