Job Description

Integrum Power Engineering Part of the OCU Group is an electrical engineering design & build contractor and ICP specialising in high voltage power transmission & distribution projects. Our industry sectors include utilities renewable energy rail and private networks. We offer engineering services across the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies and design through to installation commissioning and asset management.

The Operations Manager will sit within the Operations Support Function and play a key role in overseeing the daytoday operational delivery across multiple projects and workstreams. This role is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities are executed efficiently safely and in line with programme cost and quality expectations.

The Operations Manager will work closely with project teams clients and internal departments to drive performance ensure compliance and support the strategic growth of the business.

As Operations Manager you will be accountable for:

  • Operational Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
  • Team Performance: Maintain a highperforming operations team through effective leadership and support.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies procedures and industry standards.
  • Client Satisfaction: Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout project delivery.
  • Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency through effective planning coordination and resource management.

What do you need to be considered

  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in operations or project management within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Indepth knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction engineering or operations management (e.g. NVQ Level 6 SMSTS IOSH/NEBOSH
