Position Overview:
Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner France & UK!
Were looking for an experienced proactive HR Business Partner to drive key HR activities across France and the UK supporting our Retail Atelier and Corporate functions. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by partnering with leaders managing employee relations talent acquisition performance development and HR systems like Workday and Workforce. As a strategic HRBP youll ensure that local and global objectives align contributing to the growth and success of our business.
About the Role:
HR Business Partnering:
Provide endtoend HR support aligning with organizational goals and strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations talent management performance development and organizational effectiveness.
Employee Relations:
Advise managers on complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance with labor laws in both France & the UK.
Resolve grievances disciplinary actions and performance challenges while fostering a positive work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to drive recruitment that aligns with business needs.
Support the recruitment process from job descriptions to candidate onboarding ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
HR Systems & Workforce Management:
Maintain and oversee HR systems like Workday and Workforce ensuring accurate data and smooth reporting.
Provide HR systems training to new employees.
Compliance & Legal Support:
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and monitor legislative changes across France & the UK.
Collaborate with legal teams to address complex HR and employee relations matters.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Promote a culture of inclusion respect and fairness through engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and retention fostering a positive company culture.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Lead HR projects to enhance employee relations talent management and organizational design.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes ensuring they meet business needs and best practices.
About You:
5 years in HR with experience across multiple functions (Employee Relations Recruitment Talent Management etc.).
Experience in multicountry environments (France & UK) and knowledge of local labor laws.
Retail HR experience is a plus!
Strong understanding of labor law and employee relations in both France & UK.
Expertise in HR processes from recruitment to performance management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
