The Customer Care Departments mission is to make sure our customers have the best user experience and that they have no more reasons to buy new. This means the customer experience must match (or beat!) buying brand new products at every step of their journey.

As a Chief of Staff Intern in the Customer Care team youll work closely with the Director of the Customer Care team to help run the engine behind the teams operations and strategic priorities.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):

    • Organize and maintain the Customer Care team roadmap/Jira set reminders for owners to follow up on their projects/tasks
    • Lead the preparation and followup of the Weekly Business Review (WBR)
    • Work with the data team to build the automated WBR data weekly surfaceSend weekly priorities and coordinate team rituals
    • Connect with our Senior Expert Strategic Program manager to align customer delight and Care tasks/priorities
    • Be a team amplifier Send a monthly newsletter focused on highlighting CARE Operation wins to fire up the team

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

    • English is nobrainer (fully professional capability). If youre extra cool and speak more languages (Spanish German French) bonus points for you!
    • Currently pursuing a Masters degree (gap year or final year) in business strategy commerce or impactrelated studies and looking for a 6 months fulltime internship in Barcelona
    • A good communicator and team player able to collaborate across multiple departments and lead transversal initiatives.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive curious and creative individual who is also highly organized and detailoriented
    • Ability to comprehend and navigate complex environments and strategic issues while being adaptable and focused on making a significant impact
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira for task and project management is a huge Plus!

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

    • Starting date in July or August 2025
    • Duration : 6 months until December 2025
    • Fulltime : 35h/week Monday to Friday
    • You should be enrolled in a school or university providing an internship agreement for the entire period of the internship!

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

    • Videocall Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
    • Technical Interview (with a live casestudy) with the Director of Care (45min)
    • Team fit Interview with another person in the team (30min)
