Your tasks
- You dive deep into campaign and social media performance data to uncover patterns spot opportunities and turn raw numbers into meaningful strategies
- You monitor online conversations and conduct sharp competitor analyses to detect emerging trends audience shifts and untapped potential
- You design intuitive dashboards and craft compelling reports that translate complex data into clear visually engaging stories for internal teams and clients
- You work handson with tools like Pulsar GWI and CreatorIQ to track KPIs benchmark success and continuously refine performance metrics
- You partner closely with Strategy Creative and Paid Media teams to bring data to the table earlyshaping ideas guiding execution and measuring impact throughout
Your skills

- You bring at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst ideally in a fastpaced digital or agency environment
- You know your way around social listening and analytics tools like Brandwatch and Pulsar and youre confident using Looker Studio or Tableau to tell stories with data
- You have a solid grasp of major social platformsTikTok Instagram YouTubeand understand the metrics that drive performance in digital marketing
- Youre detaildriven and structured in your thinking with a strong instinct for turning complexity into clarity
- You communicate insights clearly and confidently whether in a team sync or client presentation
- You speak fluent English and any additional European language is a definite plus
