To support our exponential growth we are looking for a Freelance Technical Writer (m/f/d) to support us for a limited period.

Tasks
What youll do
- Create and maintain highquality technical documentation for ngvoices IMS solutions
- Enabletelcooperatorssystemintegratorsdevelopersandoperationsengineers to understand deploy and manage our products effectively
- Collaboratecloselywithengineeringproductandsupportteams
- Ensure all technical content is accurate comprehensive and aligned with customer needs
Requirements
Our ideal new colleague
- Produce and maintain user guides API documentation installation manuals release notes and internaltechnicalcontent.
- Work with SMEs (subject matter experts) across engineering product and QA to gather information and translate complextechnicalconcepts into clear concise documentation.
- Develop tutorials troubleshooting guides and configuration examples to improve customer onboarding and issue resolution.
- Ensure all documentation follows ngvoices standards for clarity style and structure.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials.
- Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback product changes and best practices.
