This role will be part of the Integration function globally and will work closely with Business Leaders Corporate Development and the Integration Leads from the different functions (HR IT legal etc.). We are looking for a proactive leader who wants to participate in shaping the integration approach for a 500B market cap company. This role is a direct report to the Senior Director M&A Integration for Visa Inc.
Essential Functions
Second chair integration co-leading IMO and serving as integration veteran leading functional teams and acquired employees through the integration process.
Plan manage and lead the integration of various functional or go-to-market workstreams in support of the overall M&A Integration Project.
Create work plans manage issues and report status in support of the overall M&A Integration Project working closely with workstream leaders from across various functions.
Drive day-to-day execution of integration workstreams including managing regular integration team meetings and resolving issues.
Provide project management support (including status reports scorecards etc.) for business corporate and technology integrations.
Monitor progress provide regular updates to senior leadership and partners and address any roadblocks or challenges during the planning and execution phases.
In addition to project management this role requires influencing cross-functional teams navigating the Visa organization and driving for clear outcomes and timely decision making.
Facilitate development of key tracking metrics aligned with transaction value drivers and synergy plan
Management of overall scorecard process for closed acquisitions including driving insights and updates for key stakeholders.
Proactively identify gaps and take the initiative and ownership to develop plan engage cross-functional teams and resolve
Work with HR and Employee experience teams to ensure that the organizational culture and processes support the overall integration objectives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment between the acquiring and acquired teams.
Support the integration team in conducting post-integration assessment and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Help refine integration playbooks tools and templates to capture best practices and learnings.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159100.00 to 230900.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
