Job Description
Application Deadline: June 6 2025 (we will review applications on a rollingbasis)
Duration:8 months
Positions Available: 1
Start Date: Monday September 8 2025
For this exciting position we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Arts Sciences or Business Administration. If you are not currently located in the area of this coop position you must be willing to either commute or relocate to the surrounding area for the entire duration of the coop term. You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian postsecondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the coop term (you will also be returning back to the postsecondary institution once the coop term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Support team communications planning processes such as content calendars and building engagement plans
- Coordinate and support engagement events that cultivate connection and belonging
- Develop and share creative communications to collaborators and the business on progress and learning opportunities
- Assist with research and implementation of innovative ideas to improve the way we engage stakeholders and deploy our strategy
- Develop research and reports to help guide our equity diversity and inclusion and engagement strategy
- Build positive relationships with various teams across the business
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Arts Sciences or Business Administration
- Motivated selfstarter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show phenomenal attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
- Commitment to fostering respectful and an inclusive environments
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint and Access)
- Experience with HR programs/software is an asset
