Tasks
Youll be the face of Coding Partners across Germany driving our growth through strategic outreach genuine relationship-building and high-impact event presence.
- Identify and engage growing startups and scaling companies that need top-tier dev capacity
- Drive outbound and referral-based lead generation (LinkedIn events communities)
- Own the sales process from first contact to signed agreement
- Run smart founder-style discovery calls: quick focused and value-driven
- Translate startup needs into clear project scopes and developer matches
- Stay close to our delivery team to ensure we deliver what was promised
- Shape how we pitch sell and grow this is your playground too
Requirements
It might be a good fit if you:
- Are based in Germany and plugged into startup founder or tech communities
- Have 25 years of B2B sales or founder-facing experience (agency SaaS dev services etc.)
- Love talking to founders and understanding their pain points
- Thrive in environments with zero micromanagement and full ownership
- Can walk into an event alone and walk out with half the room remembering your pitch
- Have sharp communication strategic instincts and natural charisma
- Bonus: background in sales of services
