Were seeking a Technical Lead to lead a highperforming development team responsible for delivering internal and external applications built on Salesforce React and AWS. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer youll lead multiple projects from concept to delivery with a focus on both execution and mentorship.

You will:

• Provide handson technical leadership across Salesforce (internal) and React/AWS (external) platforms.
• Design scalable secure and maintainable system architectures and guide technology decisions.
• Lead agile delivery including sprint planning technical estimation and backlog prioritisation.
• Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team (Salesforce frontend backend QA).
• Partner with Product DevOps and business stakeholders to translate vision into delivery.
• Uphold code quality via code reviews automation CI/CD and observability best practices.
• Contribute to codebases in key areas especially those with architectural impact.
• Foster a collaborative inclusive and highperformance engineering culture.

About You:

Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a passion for leadership.

Youll ideally have:

• 8 years of experience in software engineering including 2 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role (desirable).
• Proven experience with fullstack development across ReactJS and AWS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development (Apex LWC) or managing Salesforceintegrated systems.
• A strong grasp of CI/CD DevOps practices and cloudnative architecture.
• A passion for growing teams mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to leading by example.
