Senior Project Architect Project Delivery Focus
Location: Sydney Salary: Up to $150k Super FullTime
An opportunity is available for a Senior Project Architect to lead the delivery of a $100$150 million largescale architectural project including mediumdensity residential aged care and leisure facilities. This is a clientfacing role focused on overseeing the project from design development through to construction with a strong emphasis on technical execution and consultant coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery documentation and construction coordination
- Lead client communication and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with NCC Australian Standards and Class 2 regulations
- Mentor junior team members during technical phases
Requirements:
- Registered Architect (NSW)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Australian architecture
- Strong delivery experience on multiresidential or communityfocused projects
- Revit literate
- Strong knowledge of BCA documentation and consultant coordination
- Experience in aged care or seniors living projects beneficial
